Victory park golf and country club is located in nongkhai, a border city of Thailand. Although it is inconvenient to cross the border, golfers in vientiane seem to love to go there. It offers reasonable prices compared with other golf courses in vientiane and this might be the reason. To get there, pass by the border checkpoint then proceed straight ahead. At the end of the road, there is three way intersection, turn right in the direction to Udonthani. Then you will see the place as shown below, go through the alleyway.
It might not be easy to find for it has a very small entrance. When you come to the location in the picture above, there is a pedestrian flyover. If you see it from the distance as you drive, make sure you are in left lane, then there is a sign to the golf course, on the left hand side. (Note: drive on the left side in thailand different from when in laos)
As soon as entering the alley, go straight 700m further, then there is a three way intersection. Turn left from here, there is a sign so you can't miss it.
Proceed a little further there is another three way intersection, turn left from here and drive another 600m then you reach the golf course on the right hand side.
This is the entrance to the golf course.
This is the place to pay. You can drive a car to the club house then a caddy will come and take your golf bag.
